UM-18 Selaed to Ported Help

Purchased 2x 4cft PE bundle w/ a Um18 back in September been loving it, but missing some of the impact I had from ported.
I had a friend over recently with his pair of SVS PB4000 and really enjoyed them in comparison. Its hard for me to explain but I liked the way they pressurized.

Moving on

I want to build 2x Mini-Marty for UM 18's. I have pretty much an unlimited footprint.
But Mini Marty laying sideways seems to be the best fit for my space.
Here is the thing, I am a total noob.

I plan on renting a jig saw and table saw from a local company, and grabbing MDF from Home Depot.
MDF https://www.homedepot.ca/product/met...-97/1000167404

Cut list seems it should be

But this doesn't include bracing?
I have clamps and glue from the sealed setup.

But really any tips would be much appreciated.Wife might not let me make another box in the future.

Side questions, any thoughts on what to do with the 2 old 4cft boxes?

Convert them into 35-40Hz ported cabs and purchase 2 PA460 for them

Once you finish building your mini marty and have your Ported PA460s completed, then have your friend bring his PB4000 back over there to be put to shame

If you're going to ported and have room to spare, have you considered the Devastator horn designs? They would definitely be wort a look.

Build a pair of LLTs and then build the mid-bass monsters suggested above...

Well, you could give them to me. I'm sure I'd find something to do with them

Has anyone built a devastator with a UM18-22? Would be interesting for sure.

UM doesn’t model well for dev, very peaky at port and horn tune.
