Do I need to fix my port?

I am in the process of building a subwoofer box. There are 3 ports that are about 36" long and makes a 90' degree bend at around the half way point in the design. Somehow in my glue up, I didn't notice that one of the ports veered off path and is about an 1/8"-3/16" wider than it should be at the speaker side, ending up at the correct width at the turn. The glue had already set and I had shot brads and a couple of screws through it as well. I really don't want to tear it apart.

Am I overreacting worrying about this, or will it be fine?

Thanks

I assume they are slot ports, and you're describing the port rail positions? It'll be fine.

Yeah its basically a slot port, or ports I should say. It was the far piece of the end port that drifted when I was tacking it so it did not affect the dimensions of the port next to it. I didn't know if I needed to use some bondo or something to fill in the extra 1/8" or so that it drifted.

You are seeing a rear shot of the box. The ports turn toward the front and exit the box there.

Its fine, at worst it'll result in a .5hz lower tune.

Actually, I was referring to a pic of your enclosure itself.

With that large of a port, thats a very small error. I wouldn’t worry about it at all. My guess would be raise tune 0.1hz, lol.
