First Impression on these subs please

Looking at a possible small dual opposed 21" type build (similar to the PSA bods) with 2 of these woofers: https://bishopsound.com/products/21-...s-woofer-4-ohm - currently @ £299.99 GBP each

In a 150l cabinet with a shared 2000rms, they are under excursion, underpowered and producing 4db more at 15hz and about an extra 12db ish around 60-70hz modelled in WinISD.

These drivers have neodynium magnets and a 14mm xmax.

Resonant reqeuncy is rated at 35hz though so this is where im not sure if they would be suitable as home audio drivers or not.

Any thought welcome, no purchases placed yet, just working out where to head next.

With enough amp power and signal shaping, sure. 150 liters for 2 of them is awfully small though. You're going to run out of power quickly.

If you have the real estate, box size increase is generally preferred. I wouldn't go much smaller than 150 liters for ONE of them, and that's pretty small for a 21" driver. If you can double your size, do it.

Power shouldn't be problem these days, you can get like 14kW for like $700 shipped or whatnot.
I haven't modeled it but a bigger box is probably best in terms of depth and efficiency and cost, just limits placement options and takes up space.
