Question 12v Trigger Controlled remotely with app

I have a strange situation. I have a smart home that has a very simple URC Complete control remote for just the living room.

I have a Visualint camera system and I need to be able to send a 12v trigger to the camera system in order to enable analytics or disable them.

The camera system can be controlled via HTTP command as well.

I can't find any way to send either a 12v trigger signal or HTTP command to the camera system using an app so that it can be controlled remotely. I need something that is simple for our client but I just can't find anything that will work. Can anyone help?

Can't URC be programmed to turn a relay on / off?
Global Cache device?

Be aware that the most common way to accomplish this is with a controlled relay. Instead of looking for a 12v trigger, look for a relay, then run a 12v power supply through that relay to turn it on/off. This is much easier to find and far less specific as they make a ton of controllable relays and URC should have that product available to you. I do this with my Crestron system so that my fireplace button which has an LED ring around it, can light up when the fireplace is powered on.
