Make sure the ribbon connector going from the mainboards top right hand corner across to the right side and into the panel is complete'y snapped in at the board. It is a very simple board swap. FYI, my ordeal started Thursday of last week and Samsung sent it via ground. That is likely why you were quoted a Tuesday.
