Stupidity is rampant in customer service. Vizio is no exception. Their customer service reps are trained to say, factory reset, update, unplug, new hdmi cable blah blah ****ing blah. Vizio is so stupid, your customers are telling you what's wrong but no it cannot possibly be your firmware, you are perfect. Hopefully a Vizio nitwit will actually have an epiphany and actually listen to one of us.
