Ugh, very frustrating exchange with B&H Photo with my P75-C1. The panel came broken, left side of screen a mess and lines running vertically across the entire screen.
Get an email just after chatting with a rep. Had the paperwork to fill out PDF, exchange # of new one, link to shipping company to track. Now over 3 Days later, still no update. I've talked to CSRs through chat the last two days, as the shipping company should have updated. It still hasn't updated. I'm one day shipping from their wearhouse. Order to received, 3 days I think (ordered on a Saturday night, late). Lightning fast IMO. Now I can't even figure out if it's coming Monday.
I'm disabled, and need help setting all this up. I'm hoping I can throw the driver $40 to give me a hand. I have one other to help at almost all times.
It's really sad, as I'm so excited to use this TV. I have the Xbox One S and PS4, which both do 4K, HDR , for gaming and apps. The broken TV works, but the left side is really messed up. The right side and part of the middle are fine I think. I REALLY want to test 4K and HDR, but refuse to not see it, for the first time, not in it's full glory. It's torture not to, especially with the replacement taking much longer than first told, when I called after plugging in the first time.
Sorry to rant. I've been reading this and every other Vizio P series thread. I'm not a patient person and I ordered through B&H because of their speed. Having a broken TV you can't begin to take advantage of, is worse than no TV!
