No. Every HDR video uploaded by "The HDR Channel", which has been grabbed from (and available with correct audio from)
has the WRONG audio track. In many cases, it completely ruins the demo.
Don't get those demos from the "The HDR Channel"'s uploads, if they are already on the above website.
Instead, use these links:
Samsung HDR - Chasing the Light
LG Chess - HDR
Sony 4K - Camp HDR
Samsung HDR - Wonderland
Samsung SUHD HDR : Picture Quality Demo
Samsung HDR - Quantum Dot Display
LG Colours of Journey - HDR

False again. Sorry but you're being stupid. Every manufacturer in the entire world outsources.
This goes from little parts...
You discover to your disgust that the resistors used on the circuit board weren't made by Samsung, but by a company in Taiwan. You are obviously, outraged by this heinous deceit.
Will you send the TV back? NO.
...all the way up to big parts
If you buy a Sony LCD TV, then 100% of the panels were manufactured by another company. Will you send the TV back? NO.
How many complaints about this issue have you seen from us Euro KS7000 owners? Zero. Why? Because the panel code isn't on the outside of the bloody box and you have to go into the service menu to discover which you have, that's why!
Not only is it silly and false, it's another FAQ. Are we trying to get this thread to 20,000 posts before the end of the year?

in non-HDR picture mode, and then in sure HDR, so you can obviusly can see the difference? Without a notification HDR is like a placebo...
I know what you mean. I watched them before I had the firmware, on purpose for this reason :-)
Three options, I can think of:
- You could try watching it in "Natural" or "Dynamic" mode. YouTube will download the HDR version, but the TV won't display HDR in those modes. But first try to make those modes look as close to your Movie/Standard as possible.
- Stay in Movie/Standard, but don't use the TV's YouTube app. Instead, play the same video on a laptop or other device connected up to HDMI. That other device won't be able to handle HDR so YouTube won't give it the "VP9 Profile 2" HDR version. I can use my Samsung K8500 4k Blu-Ray player, which also has a YouTube app, for this.
- Use one of the many extensions for Chrome on your PC to download the file from YouTube to your PC. It won't be able to save the HDR version. Put the file on a USB stick, and play on the TV.

Can somebody, anybody, please tell me how to get into the SERVICE MENU on these TV's? I Have tried all the options at the linked youtube video found earlier on in this thread, nothing seems to get me into any service menu.
First, just to check, why are you using Native? Have you tried not using the "Native" gamut? Use "Auto" and it will detect Rec709 or Rec2020 and display accordingly (except in HDR+ mode, currently a bug which may be fixed in future firmware).
I can help with the left remote. I'll send you a PM as it's forum etiquette not to publicly post this information. In return, please could you see if you can find an option to disable "CE Dimming" in Movie mode? Not for me - but others here are very keen for this.
