Exclamation Samsung 2016 Panels extremely susceptible to burn-in?

So I have a 40" KU6300 display (vFA01) and for the past few hours I've been using it as a computer monitor and in those past few hours I've had my taskbar icons burn-in and a command prompt window burn in (I had the command prompt window under my meter as I was calibrating)

The panel is a 40A6AU0VK, more specifically CY-GK040HGLV2H made by Samsung on 2016.08.03 and HW revision 31.

WTF? Not only is Samsung advertising no burn in this year (for some odd reason) but I had UN32F5500AF (also a Samsung Panel) that I used for a monitor for 3 years and it has zero burn-in!

I can't imagine how it would look after a year.

I think the code 40A6AU0VK indicates its an AU Optronics panel not a Samsung one.

In fact I think the KU6300 is the only KU/KS Samsung model that doesn't come with there own panel afaik.

I have seen people in UK complain occasionally about the quality of the panel but haven't seen burn in like this before, no wonder they only included the 10 year warranty for their KS series.

If you can return it I think the KU7000 comes with a Samsung panel so that may be better.
