LCD TV doubles as live picture frame - energy consumption question

I am thinking of putting up a UHD TV (40" - 50") that serves as a picture frame during the day playing slide shows (maybe controlled by a timer). I figure it will be on about 12 hours per day. I want to keep energy consumption low. And I am only thinking of spending less than $500 as I also plan on using it as a touchscreen.

Which brand, family would be best for my need?

Is there a site that I find energy guide for all the TVs currently in market?
