I forgot to say, 3 are Sony (65" 4K HDR 3D, 55" 4K, 55" 1080p 3D), 2 are Sharp (both 32" 1080p), and the arcade machine one is Ignition (39" 720p).

My projector is ViewSonic 1080p 3D, the screen is 135". If you want to count the PC monitors, they are 2, ultra wide, 34" each, with HDR 10, made by LG.

I would have several based on recent purchases but I live on my own so find it kind of pointless to keep more than one. I think if I had a tv in my bedroom or office it would be too much of a distraction. I replace my tv fairly often (every 2 years) though and sell my old models to a friend or on CL.

My honest answer would have been zero. We watch using TiVo and DirecTV feeding a monitor. My next purchase will be a TV, mostly for better input source options. The AV receiver doesn't always do what I need.

There should have been 2 poll questions
How many working TVs in your household?
How many people in your household?

I voted 5 but only 3 are in use for the 2 of us

Panasonic 60" plasma ST60 in the Great room
Vizio 48" D series in the master bedroom
UpStar 36" 720p in Wife's sowing loft

A 24" lcd in spare bedroom not hooked up
40" 1080p Samsung CFL back lit that came out of the master bedroom that have repaired the caps in the PS twice now and still works great in storage.

I didn't include the two projectors, the Mitts in the theater and an old HP XGA I use occasionally outside for movie night.

Edit: just a side note all three TV's in use only cost me less than $1300 total.
The plasma was under $1k just as they were discontinued and a display model from BB
The Vizio was $150 about 1 year ago
The Upstar was about $100

"Smart enough to know better, to old to care" ------ Dedicated Bat Cave Home Theater, JVC RS49U/Mitsubishi HC7900DW Projector, 110" 16:9 Jamestown screen with variable power masking for CIW 2.50:1 to 16:9, Marantz 7009 with 7.1.4 Atmos with Ohm mains,3 DIY Subs (2 15" (1 ported, 1 sealed and a 12" 4th order bandpass), 1 DIY butt kicker, Custom Built HTPC, 18TB DroboFS NAS

I voted for 3. Besides projector, all three TVs are Pioneer Elite KURO Signature 141FD, 151FD, 150FD. So far no plans to upgrade in the next 5 years or so for sure. All of them are more than 10 years old.

The bigger they are, the harder they are to get rid of.

Plus wife and I aren't getting any younger, so as we age, these sets appear to be getting heavier to move around ! (Wife says `No More!' - but dear, 8K and micro LEDs are coming - well they better weigh next to nothing then!)

Two, one 65" OLED and a 32" LCD.

I don't see the point of having a TV in every room, especially not bedrooms.

Tower Cinema - 9.1.6 in a 12'x12' room
Input : Nvidia Shield TV, Panasonic DMP-UB400
Magic : Marantz SR7010, Marantz SR6010, 2x NAD T743
Output : Panasonic TX65EZ952B, SVS PB13 Ultra, Monitor Audio GSLCR 2xGS20 2xGS10 4xGSFX 6xBX1

I put down 6, but actually had 7 until I found a sucker, I mean deserving individual to accept my free 65" Mitsu RPTV. It took two years to get rid of it.

Just me and wife in the house. We have an 80" Sharp in the dedicated HT, down to a 32" in the exercise room. These were all acquired starting in 2007.

My newest was a 40" Samsung 4K Smart TV I got four months ago to replace a 19" CRT in the guest room.

When I finish off the rest of my basement later this year, there will be three more for a total of 9. I can only connect 8 to my DirecTV Genie 2 system, so I'll have to figure something out.

None...

So, I can't actually vote.

I don't own any TVs currently. Though I do have several computer monitors I use for work and the occasional game.

I'm shopping for my first projector now though. But my honest answer would be zero
