Nice! Here are the listings (PX65 and PX75). They're available for pre-order.

Ty guys. Will update my list. Good to see someone reputable list the PX models for pre-order. That means I can hopefully stop updating my list soon. The intent of adding pricing is to eventually put the msrp. Will do that either if Vizio final does a press release announcing availability, adds the models to their website or enough retailer sell them. Vizio's inflated msrp and rapid price drops have been discussed enough.

Im looking at the PX or P as an upgrade to my 75nu8000 that i bought early this year. Waiting to see in person (yay! Costco) and/or see reputable reviews / posts. 75" is pretty bulky and not easy to install / swap / resell 2nd hand. Hoping for a big upgrade in PQ from my nu8000 ala brightness and color of pq65. Setting 2k as my max for the PX. Id pay 1.8k right now for a PQ75 (w/ reasonable blooming, no DSE and no FALD flickering) or a Q8FN (yes i can dream). Prefer getting a 75" P 2019 in the 1.2k to 1.5k range (see current TCL 75 6 series prices). Looking at the PQ65, TCL 75 6 series and Hisense H9F pricing over time think that might be doable by BF or spring 2020.

You can’t to rgb full 4k in hdr over hdmi 2.0 at 65hz or even 50
Not to further derail this thread, but how does the Philips handle 24p content? It seems like it would be a great bedroom TV.

IMO, you'll need to go PQX to get a worthwhile bump on your NU8000 but obviously that's speculation. I think the 2019 PQ will be somewhere in between the 2018 P and 2018 PQ, based on more zones and Quantum dots being added but less peak brightness. I think your target prices are realistic as well.

Besides doubling zone count, what is changed on the PQX vs the PQ?

More dimming zones too. HDMI specs look the same as last years models though.

If this is the case, then most are better off getting a 65 Q8FN for less money. Vizios dimming algorithm is not the greatest. Even with 384 zones I am not expecting a major improvement in that regard over the PQ.

Q8FN still pretty pricy. Hoping Vizio fixed their FALD in thier 2019 models.

Samsung is a no-go if you want Dolby Vision support.

RTings has a nice review. I think the BGR pixel pattern bothered them more than others. I can’t notice text fringing - I really need to put my face into the monitor. Head over to see good review.

I watched angry birds UHD through MPc and notion was great. Have not tried hdmi ports

I was hoping the 43” vizio would be like this but picked this up on sale and likely best purchase I have made in some time since my 75” Sony z9

Excited to see the costco postings. Hopefully the 75" makes it to Canadian costco. Planning to buy a PQX-75 and get the $99 warranty.

I'll be upgrading from a 2015 65" M-series (4K, but no HDR) and expect a pretty decent upgrade. Slightly on the fence about this as I've had numerous troubles with the M-series vizio (2 dead units before getting a working model, never fixed 4K/120Hz signal sync issues), but looking the the landscape its probably what I'll go with for the next couple years. I want to move from 65" to 75" and the 77" OLED way too expensive, especially with the slight fear of burn in. The Q90R seems decent, but not enough to make up for its high price and lack of Dolby vision. If this reviews poorly I may wait and get a 65" C9 OLED, but crossing my fingers this provides the right balance of size, quality and price.

It'll make it to Canada. I'm just hoping that happens faster with the PX than it did with the PQ65 last year. That one was available in August in the US, and didn't find it's way too Costco.ca till just before Black Friday.

It looks like the PQX 65 will be released tomorrow. At least that's what the Target and Costco websites say.

Question about Vizio 2019 M Series

I saw some mention that the 2019 Vizio M Series will come in two variants: the G0 and G1 (I THINK that is what they are called). Does anyone have any link to the differences in the two models? I saw one is more stripped down than the other. I cannot find information anywhere on the differences.

Actually the 2018 PQuantum had deep blacks rivaling OLED as well. Rtngs tested the contrast ratio with local dimming at over 15,000 which was 2nd to the Q9FN and twice as much as the Q8FN

Target is showing the 65" P Quantum X as currently shipping with an expected delivery date of 5/28.

Very interested in how this compares to the x950G and the q90R in real world settings.

If it is anything like the 2018 PQ, the PQX will have comparable if not better image quality when viewed from strait on (no wide angle filter on the PQX), however the UI will most likely be clunky and glitchy. This is one area I wish Vizio would really focus on improving. The PQ was, and is still, a mess. Also reliability seems to be an issue. The first PQ65 I got was completely defective, and the second one only lasted a few weeks before nearly catching on fire. That was it for me.

Forgot to add, Samsung seems to also be doing poorly on quality this year as well. Not just in their televisions but other product lines as well. From what I can gather Sony and LG seem to be leading the quality segment.
