I hear you. The tv is simply too big while boxed to do an in-store pickup. I'd still like to go into a store and order in person, though. So, as long as the tv is still on sale I'll do that tomorrow. But if not, I'll do online order too. I just chatted with someon on BB's website and they said the deal is good through Saturday midnight. That could mean the sale is good through Friday night or Saturday night. I didn't ask for clarification though. I plan on going into the city tomorrow.

Bought and returned the Vizio P75 due to significant jailbars and dislike for their software, among other things. Just pulled the trigger on the TCL now that it's on sale. Hopefully this one's a keeper. The 75" market is tough right now. In this price range, you've got the Vizio and TCL with good specs but some compromises, or the lower end edge lit Samsung models. But then the next jump up is not cheap - almost $1000 more for the Sony x900f, and even more for the FALD QLED Q8.

Bad news guys. Now I have two dark clusters of pixels on my screen. Noticed it first when watching hockey... I don't think these were always there. They are super dark and are very noticeable- I think I would've noticed them earlier if they had always existed. I attached pictures but they are significantly darker in person. I tried massaging them and that didn't help at all. Second bad TV. 0 for 2 right now.

Edit* If your computer monitor is like mine, open up the attached pictures but sit 3-4 feet back from your monitor- you will see how dark they are.

That looks like dirt or debris behind the screen...

Man I'd love to replace my 2016 Vizio M70 with this 75. We have the 55r615 in MBR and it looks fantastic. But I'm thinking I can get another year out of the Vizio and see what TCL releases later this year. The Vizio still looks great but yeah the TCL 55r615 has a better pic for sure. For those with the 75 can you invert the legs? My stand right now the Vizio is right at the edge. tia.

I second this question! I am ready to pull the trigger on the $1499 sale but my current samsung mu8000 is right at the edge of my stand and I need another 2.5" according to the 62.3 dimensions TCL gave me between the legs. Can the feet be inverted like RTINGs and others have showed on the other models?

I'm looking to pull the trigger tnite or tmrw.... What's a good wall mount for this tv? Or at least a solid recommendation :0

Can't beat this tv for the $$ imo

(Our stand is 67" wide I think I'd prefer to hang it though 🤔)

Ive have the same dilemma. On amazon there are 2 that im looking at: echogear full motion for 75" or the mounting dream full motion. Maybe a little pricey but not bad. Anyone have experience with either?

TV has been ordered. Delivery is scheduled for Thursday of next week. I didnt take the time to research 4k blu ray players and spontaneously bought a sony ubp x700. Will that suffice? Ill probably stream most content but want to watch a few 4k blu rays every now and then to get the full effect.

My issue... I have to double check if studs are 18 or 24 on center... That mount won't work with 24 being 580mm long.. what about the sanus tilting wall mount from bb? Looks like got tons of reviews and good at that.

Just my two cents on wall mounting. I have always been a wall mount guy but I will never wall mount again. Number 1 there is added expense to it, the stand comes free with the TV. Number 2 there is so much more flexibility in just putting the TV on its stand on a piece of furniture. You can move it closer or further away, you can get behind it to make connections. I don't think I will ever wall mount again.

I kind of agree with you that is why i suggest a full motion wall mount if you choose to mount the tv. You get full access as if it was on a table .

I agree and disagree... Wall mount definitely feels and looks cleaner to me ... But we all have different reasons and arrangements in rooms to go either way (wall vs non wall mount)

If you need pics on my install i can take some you really have one or maybe 2 options as of placement of mounting brackets to the back of the tv unless you drill extra holes on the mounting brackets I didn't have to but just saying. You have to use the spacers also supplied.. The mounting holes for the TV are pretty low compared to other tvs i had. I love the bracket its a beast very heavy and smooth motion.. Ill take pics of mounting brackets and back of the TV for you and upload them later .

I have a full motion mount that comes off the wall 19 inches and I still wish I had it on its stand. I certainly understand why people do wall mount,I mean it's a cool idea and looks clean but I don't think I will going forward. Never say never I guess though.

I got this wall mount from Costco: https://www.costco.com/SANUS-Simplic...100402935.html

I was hesitant to wall mount the TV for reasons mentioned (connections/flexibility in placement, etc.), but it was just the best solution for my particular situation. I don't like the full motion mounts, as they tend to put the TV a little farther out from the wall than I like. The one I got is a nice compromise. It has the ability to come out a little from the wall if desired, then push back in close as it it were not full-motion. Also, all of the connections on this TV are on the side, not coming out the back, so that made it easier too.

I also got this off of Amazon, which REALLY made it all look cleaner. Super easy to install, just needed to cut a couple holes in the drywall per the templates provided: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So, no wires hanging from the TV at all.

+1 to both of these (Sanus wall mount and the Power Bridge).

With the 55 and 65, both are able to invert the legs. i have read nothing that says the 75 is different.

Thanks. I appreciate the pics. I was debating paying someone to do the install or to have a friend come over and help me. Im half afraid ill screw it up and the tv will come crashing down.
