The main thing I'm looking for is size. The VT20 is only 50 inches at a viewing distance of 12 feet. I really like the PQ on the VT20. I don't want to downgrade PQ for just size. Thoughts????

I would say yes, the jump from 50" to 64" is pretty huge. I would even take a 64H5000 over a 50VT60. Size matters, a lot.

The blacks on the H5000 will be much better than your VT20 as well.

That's what I was thinking. The blacks have become pretty horrible Post-rise.

I haven't owned a Panny, but I went from a 50" LG to the H5000 and I couldn't be happier. Plus Fry's electronics has it on sale right now for $1999 and Amazon will price match.
Great color, awesome blacks. Plus the size is significantly bigger. I wasn't sure it was going to be a noticeable enough increase with anything below 70", but it definitely is.
