How is this even possible with only 4205 power ons? That is over 11 hours watch time every time you turned that tv on..

But with 9 year usage = 5233 hours a year / 365 days a year = it must be 14 hours usage to achieve that hour number..

In other words with 11 hours watching every day for the last 9 years (it is a 2010 Model) you could only reach 36135 run hours..

Your picture looks legit, but how is this number possible..

Got a second hand Panasonic TC-P50U50 T2 for free a few years back and put it on the wall in my bedroom. It's clocked 19484 hours with 2741 power cycles. For a budget unit it's not too bad at all. Not sure if it's normal for this specific panel or not but it seems to get quite a bit of temporary IR from the XBox One S screens, but nothing permanent.

I just sold my TH-50PX75U. It was my second Plasma I ever bought. It's a 2007 720P model. It was just sitting in a closet unused. It had only about 16,000 hrs on it. I listed it on Craigslist for $100. After about thirty days a young guy named Danny called me up and said he wanted to buy it. We agreed on $85. He came over with his wife and looked it over. I had set up a demo playing Avatar on Blue ray and he was super impressed. It's going to be their main display. I feel happy that my old TV will bring a young couple some happiness. I'm a little emotional myself. Almost 12 years I had it lol.

Checked my parents’ TC-P42GT25, which my Dad bought new some time in 2011. Clocking in at 25825:40 with 7338 on/ off cycles. His only complaint is that the smart tv apps aren’t supported any more. Picture still looks great with no burn-in or other problems.

I know it's in the first page and I just can't figure it out, but I'm having trouble finding the counter... would anyone mind telling me what sub/menu it's under?

I still love my old Hitachi plasma! Currently it is out of commission while doing other projects on a recent move, but still has great picture for being 10+ years old and 1080i picture.

It will be put to use as a basement TV/basement heater in the future

I've got a Panasonic 55" VT50 that we bought in 2013 and we're only at 19,000 hours. I guess we don't watch as much TV as we thought...

Basement bat cave: JVC RS2000, 100" 16:9 Stewart StudioTek 130, Denon AVR-X4400H, Oppo UDP-203, Polk RTi A7 towers/CSi A6 center/65RT in-wall side surrounds (2)/70RT in-ceiling Atmos (4), dual PSA V1811 subwoofers

You're averaging over 3 thousand hrs a year. Your doing pretty good.

Outstanding hours on the Panny S2. I could have probably only grabbed a few hundred as the pulsating/floating blacks would have drove me insane.

I’ll add my GT50 when it reaches 20XXX. Currently being used after midnight in a bat snatch as I wait for the moon to fade away.

I think I win in the "lowest numbers" category..

Finally my S10 from germany arrived.. Seller said it was almost never used because the tv was in a guest room.. I mean this set looks like brand new.. Really factory brand new..

But look at the run hours.. I could not believe it..

Now I have 2 S10 Plasmas .. and I will sell the other one..
