Question Panasonic Viera Plasma starting to show green lines over people's faces

I have a Panasonic Viera Plasma 3D HDTV which is several years old - not entirely sure which model exactly at this point.

For the past month or two, I've been noticing these vein-shaped green lines appearing over the faces of people. They are thin, veiny lines as opposed to straight or thick bars.

Is this a bad sign? Does this mean my TV is on its last legs or is there an easy fix?

Excuse my ignorance, but how do I view the attached image? As it is, it's too small for me to see properly.

The TV's model number may be important. It's on a little white sticker either along one of the sides or somewhere on the back panel. Find that.
It's also listed in the user manual, or on the original receipt.

EDIT - i checked your Post History and found a post by you from Sept 2011 in a headphone thread:

"My TV model is TC-P42GT25. It's last year's Panasonic Viera 3D model."

Are you able to see the lines from a normal viewing distance (like more than 6 ft)? Or only when you're abnormally close to the screen?

Are you seeing this on cable or antenna or DVD or Blu-Ray etc? Are the lines there on some sources but not on others?

Are the affected source devices connected via HDMI or Component? Have you tried different cables?
