The TV's model number may be important. It's on a little white sticker either along one of the sides or somewhere on the back panel. Find that.
It's also listed in the user manual, or on the original receipt.

For the past month or two, I've been noticing these vein-shaped green lines appearing over the faces of people. They are thin, veiny lines as opposed to straight or thick bars. Is this a bad sign? Does this mean my TV is on its last legs or is there an easy fix?
Are you able to see the lines from a normal viewing distance (like more than 6 ft)? Or only when you're abnormally close to the screen?
Are you seeing this on cable or antenna or DVD or Blu-Ray etc? Are the lines there on some sources but not on others?
Are the affected source devices connected via HDMI or Component? Have you tried different cables?
