looking for a new amp for my b&w

I basically narrowed it down to either audiolab 6000a or nad C368, it has to be around $1000 and has to have optical connection.
it's gonna be connected from my tv with optical and b&w dm309 is 8 Ohm, 25 - 120 W, 88 dB.

I can't decide between those two, nad is 30w more per channel and but costs $200 more, 6000a on other hand have such a great reviews and a guy in local store assures me it has enough power to drive my speakers.
I don't usually listen to my music very loud so i'm tempted with 6000a.
C368 also have bluetooth connection in both ways, so i can skip buying bt adapter for my wireless headphones.
Does anyone have either of these to help me choose?

sry for the late reply, i'm in the process of moving, i already bought audiolab 6000a and am very pleased with it, the only downside so far is that now i can clearly hear my speakers weak spots, might upgrade with new pair some time in the future.
Tnx for the response bluewizard, that yamaha does seem like a very nice unit
