Unwanted Tidal Volume Changes

I have an issue while listening to music from Tidal and I am looking for some input. My volume raises or lowers all by itself randomly. I’ll be listening to a track and all of a sudden the volume will increase or decrease, then a few minutes later it will go back to the original volume setting while never touching the remote. The problem only occurs while listening to Tidal, while watching a blu ray or tv the problem never occurs. I have contacted Tidal several times and they requested I take a video to show them when it happens, only problem there is it might happen within five minutes or within five hours or not at all. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and then it works fine for a while but it comes back then I repeat the process and it’s okey for a while. With Tidal I have the loudness normalization on and have a hi fi subscription. I stream using an ipad thru my Denon X6300H AVR. As I said I never experience volume changes while watching tv via cable box or while watching blu rays via my Oppo 203 so I’m thinking it’s probably not the Denon. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance for any help.

Maybe it's an IPad problem?

Sounds more like loudness abnormalization! If you turn that option off, does the problem remain?

I'd start by replacing the cable that connects the computer to the audio system. You might also try a different port on both sides of the cable, if that is also an option.

Computer is not involved or connected to system. I turn on my Denon, turn on my ipad, stream Tidal thru Apple Play thru the Denon out the Klipsch speakers.

Maybe IPad, Apple Play or Bluetooth setup/settings?

If you stream from anywhere other than Tidal, or if you just play some MP3s on your ipad, does the problem occur? If so, it's something to do with the computer/receiver interface. If not, it's Tidal.

Thanks for all the input, I’m not sure if it’s a computer/router or ipad or Tidal issue, there are really no adjustments on the ipad for bluetooth or AirPlay and there really aren’t any adjustments on Tidal for playback except for normalization and the Denon doesn’t exhibit the problem anytime except while streaming Tidal from the ipad. It also happens when I use my wireless Klipsch bluetooth speaker. If I playTidal on my desktop it never happens but the computer is connected by an ethernet cable from the router so I don’t know if it’s like a handshake problem, router or an ipad or tidal issue, just annoying more than anything else but I certainly can live with it. I only stream from Tidal, I basically just use the ipad to stream Tidal. The thing that gets me is if I delete and reinstall the Tidal app the problem goes away for a few weeks then it starts again..

Probably related to "wireless" whether WiFi, BT or a combination of both.

IMO, that narrows it down to Tidal or the IPad.
