I’m in agreement with all those in OP but not much else. I made it through season 1 of Man in the High Castle but found it slow, predictable and boring. Others I’ve tried I stopped after a few episodes. We watch more Netflix than all others combined.

It will be a lot easier to list what I have not liked. All of it is so much better than Network TV. IMO

Is this thread meant to be about Prime Original stuff or just anything on Prime?
Any more I find more stuff that I'd consider "quality" on Prime than I do on Netflix. Amazon just added back the entire Stargate franchise and a boatload of old TV shows, older BBC shows and so forth. Its gotten to be a pretty deep catalog.

If you haven't seen it, you should watch "Good Omens". Very funny 6-part miniseries about the friendship between a demon and angel, and the apocalypse, and the anti-Christ.

I want to see "Good Omens" among other things on Amazon Prime. Thing is I don't need Prime in this area. I've even got a Walmart one mile away. But I'm having a problem finding the Prime Video Only $8.99 a month subscription on Amazon. It was announced in 2016 but I can't find anything that says they stopped offering it. The only thing I get when trying to sign up for Prime Video is the full $12.99 a month. June is slow for new series and stuff so a good time to buy a month of Prime to catch up. Anyone know if the $8.99 plan was dropped or are they hiding it?

It's mentioned on this Help page below but I'm not sure where the actual execution page is.

You're supposed to get the option clicking on See Other Plans. To get the $8.99 I had to click on Start Free Trial then it shows the $8.99 in addition to the $12.99 and $119 annual. Might have been a Linux problem but not sure so set it up on Windows 10 using Chrome. Spent over a half out on a chat with Amazon about this. That costs them money. Better interface at that point might help.

Thumbs up White Dragon

Just finished watching Amazon's White Dragon, a really good British mini series suspense thriller, originally called Strangers with John Simm and Antony Wong.

I recently started watching "Horrible Histories". It's a British history education series for kids (TV-PG rated), but it is hilarious. It tends to focus on mostly the weird, oddball, and disgusting aspects of history.
