In reference to your picture, what are you using to stream D+? I’m using a TCL 4K tv with DV/HDR/ATMOS connected to a Marantz via HDMI/ARC
I’ve enclosed 4 pictures, the first two are of the mandalorian and the last two are of the avengers
Note the different tech listings between the title page and the detail page for each movie.

Title page shows what will actually be playing technologically speaking.

In this case the detail tab shows no tech specifications; your capture of this page shows full tech specs.

Title page shows what will actually be playing technologically speaking. notice it doesn’t list ATMOS but instead lists DD+

The details tab shows what is tech supported by/for this title. Notice it lists ATMOS
So far for me with D+, all the video technology is working perfectly to include 4K/DV/HDR, as for the audio, anything with ATMOS listed under the details tab only actually plays as DD+ 5.1
I do have two ATMOS systems with one 5.1.2 and one 7.1.4, both have TCL Roku 4K tv's and both support DV/HDR10/ATMOS but i'm only getting 5.1 audio from D+
Disney and possibly some hardware manufacturers have some work to do to make sure whatever tech you have gets supported properly.
