paint that hides streaks, glare and imperfections

I saw it in a thread but can't find it now. It was a paint, or coating, to put over paint that smoothed everything out and got rid of glare, etc. What is it?

I used this for my ceiling

I can say in this application, the result was pretty smooth and very little detection of streaking. Of course, I used flat black for the ceiling.
