Thanks, photo quality is blood poo and I took it with the ultrawide angle so the room looks a lot narrower than it is. Carpet needs a good clean too lol.

Decided against it, don't think it'll provide any benefit vs what it would cost do. Plus the wife has some design plans for the wall it would open back on to, so that was vetoed straight off the bat

Progress has been coming along great and excited to see the finished product! Any reason you went with the Defiance X15 over the Prestige Series subwoofers or even SVS subwoofers? Have you had a chance to compare any of these to each other?

Was able to get the X15 for $2400 vs the SVS at $4400 (helps to have contacts ).

Progress been slow, focusing on landscaping while it's summer. Got the surround speakers on the wall, whereby I realized my f*** up....

Welp, the room is pretty much finished now. I got sick of being patient and waiting on a projector purchase, so I moved everything in and just using the 65" Sony Z9 for now.

Still to be done:

Projector and screen
Power amps for the 3 front channels
Backing boxers to go in the ceiling
In-ceiling speakers
Proper covers for the front equipment cabinets
Proper seating for the front row

In a wicked twist of irony, the wife managed to damage the front of the sub. It can't be fixed so I'm getting a brand new one through insurance and keeping the damaged one.
