HT Builder in Melbourne AU to build ventilation system

I have been attempting to design and build a fresh air ventilation system + duct mufflers for a HT room in my new house, which is in pre-plaster stage. However I'm finding I don't have the time or experience to figure everything out and I'm causing delays to the build. Consequently his is causing a few headaches for my builder.

Is there a HT builder in Melbourne, Australia that is available to tackle this task? I'm looking for 50db isolation. Construction is brick veneer, with 2 x 16mm Fyrecheck MR on furring channel/resilient mount. Depending on the HT builders availability there are other tasks I would gladly outsource as well.

the current airfare with short notice is $1500-2500 US from Wash DC. There is also a lot I do on Facetime remotely. I have no clue on the availability of materials and supplies in your location. Like in-line duct fans, controllers, acoustical ducts and duct liner.
