Best way to trim drywall around recessed speakers?

I'm recessing 4 Atmos and 2 side surround speakers in my new theater build (thread) and I'm wondering what the best way to trim and cover the rough drywall edge is. I was thinking about some quarter round moulding, but I'm not sure. I looked for some 1/2 plastic U channel but wasn't having much luck. How have you guys done it?
