Being fairly new to the whole Home Theater experience, I found it very intimidating. Not the people, or posts, or information. But the abbreviations with everything. I'll give as many examples as I can, and maybe we can get a sticky or added onto a sticky with a list and their different meanings??

I've been having trouble trying to find information on the distances, placements, and heights of speakers. I found it once. It gave very specific information on how far away from the listener atmos speakers should be placed, angles, height of surrounds and at what angles. Does anyone have a link? It is NOT in dolby. Unless I missed it, but I've been looking for a couple weeks and can't for the life of me remember where the heck I saw it.
