Peerless Mount and location

Room size is 11’6” wide and depth is 23.’ First row 11’ and second row 17-18’ from 120” diagonal 16x9 screen. Ceiling is 7’8” high. Planning on second row riser (calculated between 12-14” depending on screen height but might be a bit high for my ceiling height. I have an Epson 5040UB.

Planning on mounting it just behind second row, which puts the lens about 20’ away from screen and not interfere with reclining second row. It’s definitely too high to mount above second row, and am thinking mounting above first row would be in the way of second row view. While further back will have me zooming in, seems like the 5040UB has enough light output on a 1.1 gain white screen to not be an issue.

Thought? Recommendations? Thanks
