What do you call these lines that come and go? it gets better after a while when the tv warms up. They are there no mater what input I use.

So disappointed, a $2700 tv, looks like its ready for the garbage. LG has discontinue selling replacement
motherboards.

Wow, almost 4 years of silence and then a post. I am guessing this is just a result of actual hardware aging, the TV was launched in 2011 and showing its age now.

Still using mine in living room. Never had any problems with it. I think it will probably get replaced with a 4K display at some point before it actually dies. Since it's LED, who knows when that will be.
