3D Vision?

Since NV dumped driver support for 3d Vision, has anyone gotten it working without having to use year-old drivers? Have 3x 27" 120Hz monitors and itching to get it working again.
Thanks in advance

According to this, Nvidia still supports 3D and VR gaming with the new drivers: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce...-ready-driver/

I think you can still use the latest drivers and if you truly need 3D vision, you can load that driver separately.

Not with the RX cards. Nvidia has no 3d support anymore.

Some guy

Yeah...nvidia stopped supporting 3d vision in April of last year (the article you linked is virtual reality not 3d vision). The last driver package to support it was 418.

Seems that step 1 in getting everything working is to add a 3rd 1080ti. My cards only have a single dvi-d port (@ 120Hz), the other ports only support 60 Hz. Do have another but have to see if it'll fit in the case and then psu becomes a little bit of a concern. 7940x (HT disabled) and 3x 1080ti's (cpu and all vgas overclocked) draw some power. Have a 1600watt psu and a couple calculators estimate 1400 watts so may be ok.

If I add the 3rd card so all 3 monitors get 120Hz signals, I'm thinking install driver package 418, reboot, install the newest driver package but do not select to perform a clean install. Should get 3d surround working properly but still have newer drivers?

Sounds like a good test. In theory, it should work.

For anything 3d vision, head over to MTBS3D - https://www.mtbs3d.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=105
There are many workarounds available. We all jumped ship to MTBS3D when Nividia updated (destroyed) their own forums a while back.
