I just purchased a Slim and the sound is amazing. Unfortunately the ARC connection has been kludgy.

Do you run any devices through it via Bluetooh?

I have done so, but it screws up the ARC connection to my Roku TV, so I don't do it.

BTW I've learned to just leave the Slim powered on 24/7 in order to maintain the ARC connection to the TV. If the Slim is powered down, the TV loses the connection, and the only way to restore it is to disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable, which is a PITA. When it's powered on but there's no audio signal flowing into it, I don't think it uses much if any "vampire" power, so I don't mind leaving it on 24/7/365.
