Hi
I also would like to know how to factory reset as recently bought this bar second hand and noticed a few things. Like random sound drop outs when watching tv that lasts a second and arc issues with soundbar not turning on with tv which I then sort and turn on again and problem happens again!. Also to me the sound on my right side sounds louder could be room acoustics but wondered what set up I could do to reduce right side and increase left. Wondering if offset setting would help. But not sure if I put offset to left or right to increase left side of soundbar?? Hope that makes sense
