Soundbar HDMI ARC Question?

I'm new to soundbars and wanted to confirm my basic understanding before jumping in. I have a Samsung RU7100 TV which has three (3) HDMI connections; HDMI IN 1, HDMI IN 2, and HDMI IN 3 (ARC). I'm looking to purchase a Yamaha YAS-207 which has (1) HDMI connection; HDMI (ARC). Am I correct to assume that I can connect my STB to HDMI IN 1, Ultra HD Blu-ray to HDMI IN 2, and YAS-207 to HDMI IN 3 (ARC) and get all audio through the YAS-207?

Samsung HDMI in 3(ARC) -> YAS207(ARC)

Blu-ray --> YAS207 HDMI in

STB to any other HDMI in of the Samsung
