Best bang-for-the-buck soundbar for LG OLED 55C9

I just got an LG OLED 55 C9 and was wondering what the best bang-for-the-buck soundbar I can get to accompany it? I'm not an audiophile in any way but would love to get the best soundbar that would not cost me an arm and a leg. Is it always best to get one with HDMI ARC support? I don't use any AVR's and my main A/V source is an Nvidia Shield TV 2017 (soon to upgrade to a 2019 model).

Wait for those presented at CES2020.
I don't know what you consider 'a must-have'.
My personal bet/fight is Samsung Q950T vs. LG 11RG.

That's what I thought. With how small my room in my condo is, I have to watch with the TV swiveled slightly to the right so the soundbar itself should be mounted to the wall mount so that it follows the direction of the TV. This means that it won't be practical to use rear speakers or front speakers that are stationary.

Would the CES 2020 soundbards usually be available around Spring 2020?

I have the SL10YG, which I love and sounds great but I know Samsungs top end bar is superior in sound quality. If they were the same price, I'd chose the Samsung.

I am still searching to a decent soundbar for my 55C9...but I don't want to spend much since I just use it for gaming... Built in speakers to me are really not any worse than most of the "budget"/cheap soundbars ive heard so kinda not sure. I do wish it was a little easier to hear dialogue and such. So maybe a budget 3.1.

I see. And there's nothing wrong with using Samsungs with an LG OLED TV, is there? I would think using an LG Soundbar with an LG OLED TV will have "added" benefits but I don't know for sure. I'm trying to keep my budget to less than $1000.
