I only see regular advance tickets available right now. No IMAX, and no 3D.

I watched the first two movies (at home on 3D on my 65" passive 3D Sony -- AWESOME as usual) for the first time in order to take the kids to see this one in the theater, but they had almost no interest, lol. Although the 2nd was a dud compared to the first, I've already pre-ordered this from Amazon UK. I will get almost every animated 3D title as they just look so good in 3D. Heck, I'm at the point now where I'm considering more questionable titles like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. So glad I'll be able to complete the Dragons trilogy in 3D!

So no North American release for this, and I’m a bit shocked. Anyways it has a UK release in June or you can import now from Australia. I ordered mine from Sanity.com.au and you can get your Spider-verse 3D copy too. Then use a 10% off coupon for orders over $50 with code GROUPONFORSANITY Plus shipping was only $10 and people on bluray.com boards said they got their order in 2 weeks or less, but had one take a month to arrive one time. Either way you your copy before any other release and in 3D

My original order didn’t go through because of my credit card (according to sanity) So I’ll wait a bit longer and go for the UK copy and a $5 copy of the new XXX movie in 3D

Captain Marvel 3D and The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part 3D are also showing won't ship. I've pre-ordered all of them and have not received a cancel e-mail from amazon (I just got the usual confirmation email after checkout completed). I also tried the checkout process after the warning showed up. It does not reject my shipping address like it always has done in the past when that warning is shown.

My guess is someone has made a mistake but it almost seems intentional as this was not there before. I'd encourage everyone to "Report incorrect product information." There is a link just below the shipping warning.

Ok I just ordered from Amazon UK even though it says no delivery to the USA and it went through. Even said it’s region free once it was in my cart. Weird

I love Amazon's global shipping program. I have a DHL shipment from Amazon UK arriving today and another one on Thursday, both are from an order I placed last week (Turbo, Lorax, Rogue One, Boss Baby and Venom, all in 3D). Shipments from Amazon Japan also came quickly. It's really made 3D collecting so much less painful, albeit more expensive since I'm buying so muh more also!

How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World 3D

My daughter wants me to order this movie in 3D. The copy from Sanity in Australia is region B. Will my Oppo UDP 203 play region B? I don’t specifically remember if it’s region free or not. I seem to remember seeing some region free Oppos.
Never mind I see I will need to mod the Oppo for region free. I think I’ll just wait for the UK version.

I bought a dongle region-free hack on ebay a while ago and it is great. So easy to go between regions and it's a simple plug in to the service port inside the chassis. It wasn't cheap but well worth it. I think he may have sold out though, which is a shame.

Australian copy has been confirmed to be region free.

Although I agree you should get the region free mod for your player. Here’s a link for a kit

Dang I guess I asked the wrong question. I ordered from Amazon UK and it won’t be here until like mid June but it was cheaper than the one from Sanity.

What’s the trick to redeeming the UK digital code in the UN? VPN or something like that?

The bass tracks were awesome in this movie. My wife was in the tub upstairs while my daughter and I were watching the movie and every time the bass would hit she said the water in the tub would ripple. my SI HST 18 was doing what it does best.

VPN is probably the easiest way if you use VPN. I used Goose VPN to redeem about 20 codes recently and had only 2 that I couldn't. One was an iTunes only (I think Ghost in the Shell) redeem (that will never work unless you want to switch your iTunes account but you can't switch back and forth easily so better not to) and the other one just didn't work (I think it was The Lorax).

Some people have had success with emailing customer service to tell them that you ordered different region to get 3D and show them the code and they'll send you a code that works but I haven't tried that yet.

Just got my UK copy today. I have dealt with Universal a couple of times with me getting a proper digital code. Had to send a picture of the case with back barcode showing, discs showing, digital code sheet and a hand written/printed sheet with the email you are contacting them with

Some people have had success with emailing customer service to tell them that you ordered different region to get 3D and show them the code and they'll send you a code that works but I haven't tried that yet.

So would I have to be on the VPN to view the movie or just to redeem the code?
I may try contacting Universal to see if I can get a different code for The US, it’s worth a try for me.

If you only have a few codes emailing for US codes (if you're in the US) may be easier but if you have a lot of codes to redeem or already have a VPN then that can be more convenient. You only need to be logged into the VPN when actually redeeming the code, so you log into the required location/country server, redeem the code, and then you can log out of the VPN.

Interestingly, I just received this UK blu-ray on the day I cancelled my VPN so I sent universal an email (using the online "contact us" form) and they replied asking for a screenshot/photo of the digital code insert which I sent back to them. Hopefully I'll get a U.S. code soon!

I have never tried the VPN approach, or writing in for a new code. I havejust assumed the UK codes are useless, but I am exicited to try sorting this out. Which site are you redeeming on once connected to VPN? the studio site? Vudu? other?
