Yeah for me the 82” Q90 is now showing $5999, which is $2,000 more than last week. Too bad as I was planning to order by the end of this month. I’m hoping the discounted pricing returns soon.

Doesn't show up on the computer browser anymore, but still shows EPP price on my Shop Samsung app. Allows me to go through check out without problem with EPP price. Didn't finish the check out, cause I already have one.

82" Q90R still at $3,999.99 via EPP... and eBates/Rakuten cash back for the next three days is now a ridiculous 9%.

If only Samsung had not eliminated the educator discount! Unfortunately it no longer matches the EPP pricing or I would be buying today. Congrats to those who do qualify though!

I was able to use it for an order on July 5th but no longer see the discounted pricing. Have you verified it has been discontinued or is it the same issue some EPP members are having with the discounted pricing no longer showing on the web site?

Your post prompted me to call Samsung. They stated the previous promotion had been removed for the student/educator discount at this time. They suggested that I could check back at the end of the month to see if any new promotions arise. I didn’t take the statement as a hint of any kind, but rather just a suggestion.

I was able to get the 65 inch Q90R with EPP pricing, plus the 9% ebates cash back. I ordered late yesterday, and the cash back is already in my account.

I had ordered the 75” Q90R on Saturday night at $3,200 and 3% ebates cashback, then when I saw it go to 9% on Monday I ordered the 82”. 🙂 Called AGSystems and already set up refusal of the 75” delivery and the 82” is scheduled for Thursday. $360 cash back from ebates and $120 from Chase... made the decision to upgrade a lot less painful.

Can anyone tell me the current epp price for the 55" Q70R? Samsung/Amszon/Best Buy have it on sale for $1,300 now. But I wanted to see if figuring out how to get epp pricing would be worth it. Thanks!

Looks like prices on some models went up a bit recently. For example, the 65" Q80R went from $1699.99 to $1729.99 and the 75" went from $2399.99 to $2600.14.

I've seen this happen before when the discount changes to a weird non-round number. Anyone ever figure out what's going on when this happens?

I'm now seeing the 82" Q90R EPP price way up at $4800.07 which is a big jump from the $3999 it's been at for a while. Hopefully it goes back down soon since I'm finally ready to order.

Picked up a 65Q90R for $1900 on the EPP site after accounting for WOW points through my employee site. Using the wow points for other accessories that were needed.

AGS was awful - paid for white glove and they just dropped the tv off with our doorman.

Have is been determined if EPP and [email protected] provides the same discounts?

I can't even seem to find a samsung EPP link that isn't the singapore website (sg in the URL, "(For Singapore Only)" under the company registration option, "Samsung Asia Pte Ltd" on the bottom of the page)....

Anyway I have family members that will quality for the [email protected] pricing which is why I'm curious about the difference.

Also curious about the education pricing compared to the other two

Currently the 65" Q90R shows at $2799 in the education store. Is it cheaper on EPP or [email protected] at the moment? That's basically Amazon's price at the moment which is pretty underwhelming. Thanks.

Yeah, the education discounts on TVs have been basically non-existent since early July. I was set to buy the q90 which was going at around $2300 at the time, but waited a day too long and the price went back up. It may be that the education discount was never supposed to be for TVs and Samsung fixed that loophole.

Good looking out! Huh, in that case definitely very curious about how the EPP/[email protected] pricing compares

Unfortunately, the 82 is still showing me $800 more than it was in July. I'll buy when/if it goes back down to that level but in no hurry until then.

Looks like the epp price for the 82 dropped back down to $4099 which is only $100 more than the low a couple months back. Rakuten is only the normal 3% rather than the occasional 9% though.

EPP price changes at checkout

Hello everyone. I have a new EPP account. Trying to purchase the 75Q80R TV. I am logged in and see current EPP price is $2499. When I add it to cart, and then go to checkout, the price changes to $3299, which is the price at every authorized dealer currently (EPP deal disappears at checkout). Anyone know why the price would just change at checkout? Am I doing something wrong? Please advise. Thanks!

I was trying to buy a 82" Q90R this weekend and the same thing was happening. It would show $4099.99 all the up until I tried to check out and it jumped to $4999.99. I did a chat with them and sent screenshots yesterday and they are supposed to email me an explanation. Fortunately I discovered ShopMyExchange and was able to get this set for $4049.00.

They asked me to email screen shots too. They said I will hear back from them in 24 hours. I doubt it!

I am not a veteran so I unfortunately do not have access to shopmyexchange.

Samsung EPP pricing glitch is fixed as of this morning, 09/06/19! Price on product page through EPP now is seen in the cart at checkout. Just bought the 75Q80R at $2500 with Samsung Upgrade Financing, no interest for up to 36 months. Best price I was offered on Greentoe was $2350 plus tax. It was minimal savings and I had to pay all at once. Current 75Q80R retail price is $3000. Near 17% savings and interest free financing is pretty good in my opinion. Maybe could have saved another 5-10% in late November, but wanted the big screen for football season and new network TV season.

AGS Trucking strikes again. Took delivery of my new Q80R today. Box showed some damage to the exterior on the back side of the TV (not the screen). Took delivery anyway as it seemed superficial. Opened box and saw large scratches on back of the TV near the VESA mount holes. Immediately set up return. Oh well. Hopefully the replacement I order won't be damaged.

This is what they sent me on the 9th: This email regards to the chat conversation about the price change of the TV when added to the cart. The issue was forwarded and we have received an update from our team that the discount will not be applied on TV 's. I suggest you use a discount on other products. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Not sure what this means. I haven't been back on the site at the product page, or put it into my cart again since I ordered, so I am nbot sure if the glitch is back again. But, I got the $2499 price to go all the way into the cart and through checkout. Good luck!
