So I called the customer service line just to start what might be a difficult process. The first person I spoke with asked about the problem and specifically asked what the source was. I said there was no source and that we observed the problem on a blank screen with nothing attached to the pj.
She then said she was transferring me to some projector troubleshooting line and we repeated the problem. The person on that line quickly said it would need to be replaced and took all our info (name, address, order #, serial #, problem description, order date) again. She then said they’d ship a replacement unit out (and underscored “exact same model”) and we’re supposed to ship this one back when it arrives.
Won’t ship til Monday so really hoping I don’t get a “we’re sorry but...” email in the meantime! (I’ll post here if so!)
So maybe call today?
