Ok, to be honest, I never thought I would be selling this subwoofer (I took care of it accordingly), but, alas, I have moved into a much smaller space and I have roommates now. Seriously, I live in a glorified closet (10'x12') and I've managed to squeeze in a 60" plasma and 5.1 system, but I just can't justify keeping the rythmik sub in such a small space. My mains are Triton 2's. Are their subs as good ( accurate and hitting the lows the rythmik can) ? Not a chance!! Once I move into a larger space again I'll probably turn right around and buy another one
Ok, to the nitty gritty. This sub just turned 18 months old recently and the 5 year warranty on the driver and 2 years on the electronics are obviously still good. This sub has approximately 200 hours on it at most. What can I say? I used to work a lot
I use the rumble filter and higher roll off frequencies for movies, because I'm paranoid like that!
As a nice bonus, it is cosmetically perfect! See photos and note the Black Oak finish. It doesn't finger print like piano black and it matched my furniture, so it was an easy choice at the time.
I added felt discs to the bottom because I used it on a hardwood floor in my old living room, though I would highly recommend picking up spikes from your local high-end store if you plan on using it on carpet.
Shipping wouldn't be worth it. This thing is a beast. I'd like to find someone local to the Denver area. If you have never tried a Rythmik sub this is a nice way to save about $300 over new. If you don't like it for some reason, you can turn around and sell it for no loss!
Well, that is about it. Fire away questions as needed.
