Integra DHC-40.2 Pre-Processor $350

I have upgraded to UHD 4K and purchased a new audio system, and because of this I selling my previous units ... an Integra DHC 40.2 pre-processor and an Outlaw 7100 power amp (both on the forum classifieds).
My previous system was the Integra driving the Outlaw 7100 into Martin Logan fronts, Axiom audio rears and an Outlaw LFM1-Plus sub. The sound was superb!

I purchased Integra from a local dealer (century Stereo in San Jose, CA) back in 2011. I have really enjoyed the DHC 40.2, which was the centerpiece of my home theater system, managing all inputs and outputting to my 80" Vizio TV.
I was using it in 5.1 mode, and bi-amping the front speakers.
It is very clean (see front and back pictures of this actual unit), and has excellent sound, supporting DTS*2-HD Master Audio,DTS-HD High Resolution Audio, Dolby TrueHD*3,Dolby Digital Plus, DSD and Multi-CH PCM.

The DHC 40.2 received multiple glowing reviews when it was released, the one below was the most comprehensive:

I am asking $350, but will consider reasonable offers.
