I don’t think the Altitude 16 ever shipped with the HDMI 1.4b board. That was only the early model Altitude 32s AFAIK
before 2016. Also, from Madhuski’s pictures, HDMI 8 input is blanked out with a steel plug, which wasn’t the case on the older boards like the one on my Altitude 32 (24 channel). The MDS board only had seven inputs, which was mentioned when their HDMI 2.0 board first was available on the Trinnov thread.
