Question loose canvas

hello there,

Having mounted a second-hand 92" Optoma DS-9092PWC from the ceiling, after a few days, I noticed that both sides of the picture were equally ascew. Apparently, the lower part left and right were bulging inwards. Let it hang a few days to see if it would straighten out, but it only got worse, until noticing that the canvas actually was loose on one side. Does anyone know how a screen is attached to the lower bar and how to fix it?
best regards from Czech Republic, mirrormurr

My guess is the end cap comes off and then the material slides out the slot. There is most likely a welt on the bottom edge and it could have separated on the ends. The caps could be glued on.
