We bought the elunevision screen in December. I was livid we got the 1.3 silver screen nano edge it was 2700. We hung a white sheet and it was better than the screen. It was poorly built the edge of the frame do not touch and will never touch you can see its a manufactures issue. It looked as though it had no gain on it whatsover. We used it with the UHZ optoma theo version so no issues with projector brightness. It was so dark on the screen we had to move the projector to max brightness to just try and see it. When we called we got nothing but headaches and fighting over trying to return it. There is no way ?I can recommend the elunevision we are still fighting trying to return it.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with Elunevision!

Your account echoes some of customer experiences with Elunevision that I've come across on this board and elsewhere. Considering how much hustle it is to handle, assemble and ship screens, instances of factory defects combined with poor customer service are important to be aware of.

I hope your issue gets resolved to your satisfaction! Keep us updated.
