How to remove creases from Cinegrey 5D ALR

I have a Cinegrey 5D ALR Elitescreens motorized screen that I'm trying out.
Very impressed, much better than I expected
However it has some creases.
How do I remove them?

Hair Dryer on Low and at a distance of 12"+.....use from the rear....take you time for the material to "gradually warm....that should help unless the creases are actually "set" and have a sharp edge. If so you might be SOOL.

If it came that way it should go "back" that way.

Thanks.
I should have updated - I ended up just letting it hang for about a day (i.e. rolled down) and they went away

That is good news!

All too often that is not the case.
