Question Please help cleaning an EliteScreens screen

Hi all, I have an Elite Screens ER150WH2 SableFrame 2 I am not sure what happened to it but when watching bright scenes especially white backgrounds, I could see very noticeable and distracting sort of diagonal marks (not sure what I would call them. dirt?stains?marks?artifacts?) around the center of the screen. I would really appreciate it if anyone who had experienced something similar and managed to remove them, would share the solution. I think its gradually getting worse as in they started to spread to other areas of the screen. For reference I have attached a photo and a short video(external google photos links for higher res https://*******/cleanelitescreens) Hopefully they are clear enough. Please let me know if you need more information. Thank you in advance.

I use a microfiber cloth. For stubborn stains, I use a splash of water on the cloth.

Move the projector left/right to make sure the issue is not with the projector. If the smudge stays in the same place it's the screen.

This is the fabric type of your screen. There are cleaning instructions on the page:

Thank you for the replies, I have tried moving the projector and confirmed it was the screen.
unfortunately I have tried using

- microfiber cloth with just water

- microfiber cloth (slightly dampened with warm water) with a little bit of dishwashing solution
- qtip with alcohol
- mr power magic eraser
none of them worked.

Up close I cannot really see them. Only from the seating distance they are noticeable.

Is there anything else/specific chemical solution I can try?
