Yellow Screen

I have a old 100" Dalite Permwall white screen that has been stored (mounted) in a hot attic for the past 10-12 years.

I recently moved it because I found a new spot to use it again. However, I noticed the white screen now has a very yellow tint (no, not the projector...the projector is off and its apparent.)

Not sure if the yellowing is caused by aging, dust or what. However, light cleaning per Dalites instructions isnt helping it. Next step is Formula 409 or similar more aggressive solution.

If that doesn't work then I'm guessing the screen may be unrecoverable.

Any thoughts, suggestions, or similar experiences?

If any of that works, you can always paint it.
If you check the DIY section of the forums you'll see it has been done plenty of times with very good results.

Thanks for the response. Good to know I've got that to fall back on if the cleaning doesn't work.
