JVC DLA-RS46 :: Any way to view a 3D only Blu-ray in 2D ?

Hi guys .. I've owned a JVC DLA-RS46 for about 2 years but have been too lazy to formally post this question, even though it's been bugging me for a while ... Is there any way I can view a 3D only Blu-ray in 2D using this projector ? Many budget 3D projectors have this option so I would be surprised if the JVC RS46 doesn't.

That may be true but I already have two blu-ray players in my HT room and don't want to buy a third

I just want to know if the RS46 can do this or not ? I once had a budget Optoma HD131Xe which did have this option (3D >> 2D) and so I'm wondering if the RS46 can also do that.

I'm pretty sure on my RS4910 under the 3D settings, one of the options is 2D.

I looked at the settings on my RS-46, and the closest setting I found was this: Menu >> Input Signal >> 3D Setting >> 3D Format >> [Available Options here: Auto, Side by Side, Top and Bottom, 2D] ... By default it was on Auto. I thought changing it to 2D might help but it didn't do anything :/

Anything else I can try ?

What's your setup exactly (AVR, player, etc.) and what media are you using when testing this out ?

I think the last time I tried it, it was some SBS videos through my Lumagen, which was outputting 1080p SBS.
