Need recommendations for short-throw PJs for new HT room

I am in the midst of planning my 2nd HT room and I am looking for a good quality short-throw PJ that is capable of throwing a 100-110” image from 7-8 feet. Ceiling joists are 91” off the slab so my final finished ceiling height will be in the 89-90” range depending on how many layers of drywall I go with. I have a boxed out I-beam running across the center of the room - the front edge of the box (drywall) is exactly 9’ from the screen wall and the bottom is 80" off slab. I would like to mount the PJ in front of the boxed-out beam so ideally I would need a PJ that could throw the image from 7' or so.

MLP will be right around 10'-11' so the boxed-out beam is just above the front row of seating.

Does a PJ like that even exist? My previous PJ was an EPSON 5030UB - obviously not a short-throw. Would like something of the same quality or better.

My budget is $4K. Thanks in advance for recommendations.

From 8ft the BenQ HT3550 and Viewsonic LS-700-4K will throw a 98in 16x9 image.

The Optoma 4K550ST will throw a 141in 16x9 image at 8ft and 124in at 7ft.

The LK953ST is a 4K HDR projector while the LU951ST is 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA).

The Optoma 4k550st is a lot more expensive than the Benq ht3550, almost 3x the price.

Also, isn't the Optoma a data projector not intended for HT (and probably doesn't have the best color accuracy)?
