Question [SOLVED] Does anyone recognize this BenQ projector?

I'm working with a place that had a BenQ projector installed. It cost them around $7k. They've been having issues working with this dealer. They are supposed to be ordering replacement lamps, but have heard nothing back. They've called, but no response. Getting the projector model number from them, at the moment, is not in the cards. We'd have to pull out the 18' ladder to try and see the model number, if the mounting isn't in the way.

So, in the meantime, if anyone recognizes the projector from these images, please post. Image #1 - Image #2 - Image #3

Thanks in advance.

Looking at the manual, it could be one of three projectors:

SX920: 1024x768
SW921: 1280x800
SU922: 1920x1200

I do not know which one it is. I see nothing in the manual as to how to determine that.
