Getting dropouts after adding 2nd 4K display to Sony dnr1080 AVR

First off sorry im horrible at writing english i appologize in advance I have a lg oled c7 connected to sony dnr1080 connected to my pc. I have hdr 10 and all working fine i added 2nd tv to the sony dnr1080 at 1080p was working fine. I bought a tcl roku 43 4k tv relocated it to a new location ran a 25ft hdmi cable to it from the sony 4k so when i go from the livingroom lg tv to the bedroom i can continue where i left off now every few the screen will go out with weird lines then black and then back on both tvs. I never had these problems until i added a 2nd 4k tv instead of the 1080p tv plus i went from 10ft hdmi to 25 feet. I was assuming maybe the long 25ft hdmi is sucking too much juice from the reciever because if its just a bad cable how can it effect both tvs ???

Please keep topic titles specific. See my edit.

What happens if you disconnect the LG from the AVR, leaving only the TCL connected?

Walking the fine line between jaw-dropping and a plain ol' yawn.
