Is this a 5G Signal?

While looking to see if channel 43 in Cananea Mexico was still on the air, I found this new signal. T-Mobile LTE in the 600MHz band is on the left. I've never seen a signal that looks like the other one. Looks like 48 carriers. At first I thought it was terrible noise but it fits neatly in 15 MHz. T-Mobile has been advertising their new 600 MHz cell system saying it is 5G ready, "Covers miles, not blocks" they're saying.

Attached is the spectrum analyzer image taken with my TV antenna near Sierra Vista, AZ.

5G signals should look just like 4G signals. They're both OFDM. My guess is that it's some sort of test waveform and will change when the node actually goes online.
