23fps to 60fps, how do i do it?

Please someone teach me step by step to perfectly convert a regular video to 60fps. I tried doing it as the spirton.com website says but it got really confuse to me and i messed up completely. Any help?

Why would you want to do that? You can't create extra motion from nothing; all you can do is insert duplicate frames to pad out the frame rate, and the only thing that will accomplish is increasing the file size of the video.

If you like the way that interpolated motion looks just adjust your output to 24p and let your TV do the 120 or 240 interpolation processing (most recommend this setting off because they don't like how it looks)

Then there's also SVP if you have an old 60Hz tv http://www.svp-team.com/wiki/Main_Page
