Video that works with Comcast on MCE... skip issue

I am still nursing an older WMC system on Win 7. Like many I could not yet find a solution for the skip issue with Comcast DRM/H.264 issue. The issue is that when skipping forward in recordings the screen freezes up. This happened after a Comcast encoding change years ago.
i.e. Choosing video card for Comcast DRM/H.264 issue: https://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums...hp?f=7&t=10675

I am trying to nurse along my system for another year or so and woudl like to get rid of issue.

My current setup:
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P mobo https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard...UD3P-rev-11#ov
Radeon HS6570
Ceton tuner

I was thinking to "upgrade to GT730. However, it appears that this might not fix the skip issue

Just wondering if there are still WMC users around on win7 with Ceton and Comcast. And if any found a solution
